Hi everyone! Sooo I'm sure this is not news to you...I'm going to East Africa for three months! I've decided to do this blog thing here because a) I think it will be a fun way to spend downtime/digest everything I've been doing, b) I can come back here later and relive all my awesome experiences, and most of all c) it's a super convenient way to let all my family and friends know what I've been up to!
I'm no extraordinary writer but I will do my best to make each post absolutely riveting and positively dripping with the details of my glorious adventures. Not really...it will probably just be a lot of complaining. But I think you should read anyway! I may even try to teach you all some Swahili. Your first lesson: peponi, a word which means paradise.
These will be my mailing addresses while in Kenya and Tanzania. I go to Kenya first and then Tanzania about 7 weeks in. I can receive letters but NO packages.
